All the staff members are polite and very careful. The ambiance is family. Make sure to get family king room with separate private bedroom, a splendid view, comfy beds.

Everything was perfect, caring staff, WONDERFUL location near restaurants as well as the services provided. The hotel room was a nice size with separate private bedroom and a fireplace and hot water available constantly. The breakfast was generous with local treats, all the food was outstanding. Appreciated the location in the mountain. The whole experience was very nice, no complaints whatsoever, would recomand.

We had an amazing stay in the mountains, surrounded by stunning views of the neighboring villages. The location was perfect for exploring Vikos canyon and going on mountain hikes. The shower in the bathroom could have been better, as the curtain didn't prevent the water from getting the floor wet.
